1) Who we are

2) What you’re buying

 

 

Digital download products (e.g., LUTs, PowerGrades, transitions, presets, sound effects). No physical goods.

 

 

3) License grant (single user)

 

 

When you purchase, we grant one (1) non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to download and use the product:

 

• Permitted uses: Unlimited personal and client projects; organic social, YouTube/streaming, online ads, film/web/TV, corporate, and freelance/commercial work. You may install on up to 2 devices you personally use.

• Not permitted: Sharing files with others; sublicensing; reselling or bundling our files; uploading/redistributing as stock, templates, sample packs, or preset libraries; using our files to train or improve AI models; claiming authorship.

 

 

If you need multiple seats (teams/agencies), purchase one license per editor/user.

 

 

4) Specific notes for Sound FX

 

 

You may sync SFX to your audiovisual projects and distribute those end-products. You may not resell the SFX as standalone audio, add them to any sample/library app, or register our original files with Content ID as your own. Using SFX in end-products that are monetized is allowed.

 

 

5) Restrictions & ownership

 

 

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us. Our products are protected by copyright and other IP laws. You obtain a license; you do not own the underlying files.

 

 

6) Updates & support

 

 

We aim to keep products compatible with DaVinci Resolve [18+] and current OS versions. Minor updates are included. Basic email support is provided at [jamiefennmgmnt@gmail.com].

 

 

7) System requirements

 

 

Check each product page for required software and versions (e.g., DaVinci Resolve Studio vs. Free, platform, GPU). You are responsible for meeting requirements.

 

 

8) Delivery

 

 

After checkout, downloads are delivered to your email/account. Keep a backup—links may expire or be rate-limited to prevent abuse.

 

 

9) Prices, taxes & currency

 

 

Prices may change at any time. Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST) are added at checkout where required.

 

 

10) Refund policy (digital goods)

 

 

All sales are final once a product is downloaded. Exceptions we’ll consider within 7 days:

 

• Duplicate purchase of the same item (we’ll refund the duplicate).

• Defective/corrupted file we cannot replace after troubleshooting.

• Accidental purchase with no download or access having occurred.

 

 

EU/UK customers: By starting the download you agree to waive the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content.

 

 

11) Chargebacks & fraud

 

 

Unauthorized chargebacks or abuse of the refund policy may result in license revocation and account restriction.

 

 

12) User content & testimonials

 

 

If you voluntarily share feedback or project examples using our products, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display excerpts for marketing (we’ll never disclose client-confidential info).

 

 

13) Children’s privacy

 

 

Our store is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Do not submit personal data for minors. Parents/guardians can contact [jamiefennmgmnt@gmail.com] to request deletion.

 

 

14) Prohibited conduct

 

 

Do not attempt to bypass download limits, scrape the site, or redistribute our files. Do not use our brand, logos, or product names to imply endorsement.

 

 

15) Warranty disclaimer

 

 

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind (including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement). Some jurisdictions don’t allow exclusions; in those cases the minimum lawful warranty applies.

 

 

16) Limitation of liability

 

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

 

17) Termination

 

 

If you breach these terms, your license may be suspended or terminated, and you must delete all copies.

 

 

18) Export & sanctions

 

 

You are responsible for complying with applicable export control and sanctions laws.

 

 

19) Changes to terms

 

 

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version.

 

 

20) Governing law

 

 

These terms are governed by the laws of [Arizona/USA], and disputes will be handled in the courts of [SCOTTSDALE/ARIZONA/USA], unless local law requires otherwise.
